• You must pay a $150 diagnostic fee if you decide not to use Big Tex Tractor Co.’s service for your tractor, lawn mower, or other equipment. This fee covers the technician’s time and work.

• Big Tex Tractor Co. is not responsible for any personal belongings left with your equipment. Please remove all valuables before drop-off.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• Once your equipment is serviced, you have 10 days to pick it up after being notified. After that, a $20 per day storage fee applies.
